Terms and Conditions:
Price Guarantee:
123eDistribution.com guarantees that it has the lowest price in authorized / franchised distribution.
123eDistribution.com will match any domestically franchised competitor selling the same part and
in the same condition (quanity and leadtime.)
Order Minimum:
Orders under $100 will incur a $10.00 handling fee.
Freight:
All orders are FOB source of shipping.
Standard mode of transportation is Fedex ground.
RF Cable CAD orders over $150 are shipped free of charge within the continental US.
$3.00 handeling charge is added to all invoices.
Net 30 account:
A customer must be pre-approved for net 30 terms.
Trade references must consist of 4 current vendors and a bank reference.
A customer will be notified with in 1-2 weeks depending on how quick the applications process takes.
A copy of the customers credit references must be emailed (sales@123edistribution.com) or faxed (949-888-5582) for approval.
Trade references accompanied by a purchase order will be expedited for processing
Standard net terms: 2% discount paid within 10 days of the invoice, total payment due within 30 days of the printed invoice.

Credit cards:
Payments are procesed immediatly and securly via a SSL (secure socket link) to a merchant bank.
The item, shipping charge, Tax (if applicable), and handeling charge are processed at the time of ordering.
Return Policy:
All accepted returns must be made within 15 days from the date of invoice and accompanied with by a 123edistribution.com RMA number.
Returns must be in the original packaging and be in resalable condition.
Parts returned due to customer error are subject to a 20% restocking charge with freight prepaid by the customer.
Cable Assemblies and custom ordered parts are NCNR (non cancelable non returnable.)
Tools and test accessiories may not be eligable for returned if they have been used.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment, minus freight (any and all freight charges necessary,
handeling, and restock charges.)
Defective items will be replaced if within the manufacturers guidelines or within 60 days of the orignal invoice.
California Customers:
California customers will be charged sales tax unless a valid and signed resale certificate is on file at 123eDistribution.com.
Sales tax added to an order will be refunded if a valid resale cetrificate is on file. California Resale Certificate

Online orders will be confirmed immediately by email.

Cable Assembly Products:
By ordering a cable assembly the customer argrees not to hold 123eDistribution.com or its parent company Sarco, Inc.
liable for any damages, injugries, destruction of property or death resulting from the mis-use or unintended use of a cable assembly manufactured by Sarco, Inc.
The customer is responsible for all intended use of a cable assembly. 123edistribution.com is only providing a value added service of assembling components together to a manufacturer's
suggested fit. 123edistribution.com does not engineer its assemblies for any specific application.
